Israeli Defense Minister plans to transfer to the Rafah camp to Gaza

The Israeli Defense Minister has directed the army to plan all Palestinians in Gaza to transfer to a southern camp. The news has been published in Israeli media.

Defense Minister Israel Kataj told reporters on Monday that he wanted to establish a 'human city' on the ruins of Rafah city. Although the city is for the entire 2 million community, there are initially six million Palestinians living there.

He said that after the security search, the goal was to bring people inside the city so that they were not Hamas workers and they would not be allowed to get out of it.

If the situation is favorable, the construction work will begin during the 5 -day ceasefire of Israel and Hamas.

Israeli human rights lawyer Michael Scarded condemned it as "a planned campaign for crimes against humanity".

"Part of the preparation of the people to exile outside the valley, he told Guardian Newspaper that the people transfer the people to the southern end of Gaza."

Earlier, the United Nations warned that the exile or forced transfer of the civilian population of the occupied terrain was strictly forbidden in international human rights law and "the equivalent of ethnic elimination".

However, no immediate comment was received by the Palestinian authorities or Hamas.

At a meeting at the White House on Monday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said about US President Donald Trump's proposal that Gaza should be occupied after the war and its population should be permanently resettled.

Netanyahu said, "I think President Trump has a radiant outlook. It is called an independent choice. If people want to stay, they can stay. But if they want to depart, they should be left."

"We are always working with the United States to find out what we are working with the United States to find out what they want to give to a better future for Palestinians."

President Trump said, "We have got great support from the surrounding countries. Great cooperation from each of them. So something good will happen."

In March, the Arab states, against Trump's plan to restructure Gaza, supported Egypt's $ 5 billion plan.

That will give Palestinians living in Gaza the opportunity to stay in their place.

Emphasizing the "clear rejection of any displacement of the Palestinian people", they have explained this concept as "extreme violation of international law, crimes against humanity and ethnic elimination."

Palestinian authorities and Hamas also supported Egypt's plan. But the United States and Israel say they have failed to deal with the reality of Gaza.

Palestinians fear the repetition of the Nakba, whose Arabic word 'misfortune', which happened after the establishment of the state of Israel in the 5th and during the war when millions of people abscond or expelled from their homes.

Many of these refugees have taken refuge in Gaza. Where they and their descendants are three -quarters of that population.

The United Nations says more nine million registered refugees live on the occupied West Bank. More than 1 million live in Jordan, Syria and Lebanon.

The Israeli army launched an operation in Gaza to wipe out Hamas in response to the Hamas border attack on October 7, 2012.

About twelve people were killed in the Hamas attack and 20 were taken hostage.

According to the Hamas Ministry of Health in Gaza, more than 5,600 people have been killed in Gaza since the Israeli attack began.

Most people in Gaza have been migrated multiple times. More than ninety percent of houses are believed to have been destroyed or damaged

Healthcare, water, sewage system has collapsed. The deficit is food, fuel, drugs and shelter.

In January, the Gaza Health Ministry said that 100,000 Palestinians were injured in the attack.

The World Health Organization said in a January report that 20 percent of the injured were so serious that their lives would no longer return to their previous state.

Karin Hasster, coordinator of the Medisan San Fantieikh (MSF), told BBC Verify that Gaza's health system has been facing 'horrible' challenges for long-time injured patients.

According to an article in the Lancet Medical Journal recently, the number of casualties may be higher than the ministry calculation.
